Ingredients

- 1.5 pounds red potatoes, halved
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken fillets in the crockpot.
- Add halved red potatoes and chopped onion on top.
- Sprinkle minced garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper over the ingredients.
- Pour chicken broth into the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred chicken and mix with potatoes before serving.
