Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup diced chicken
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and onion; sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in bell pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add cooked rice and soy sauce; mix well.
  6. Push the rice mixture to one side; pour in beaten eggs.
  7. Scramble the eggs and mix them into the rice.
  8. Add fresh basil, salt, and pepper; stir to combine.
  9. Remove from heat and serve hot.
