Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken fillets
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, green beans)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken fillets in the crock pot.
- Pour chicken broth over the chicken.
- Add mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred chicken with two forks before serving.
