- 4 chicken fillets
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
Instructions
- Place chicken fillets at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add chicken broth, diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Top with bell peppers.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred chicken and stir before serving.
