Ingredients

- 2 chicken fillets, sliced thin
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In one bowl, whisk the eggs.
- In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken slice into the eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the chicken cutlets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Ensure the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
