A delicious and healthy Chicken Gyro Bowl featuring quinoa and feta cheese.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked quinoa
- 1 lb grilled chicken, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup tzatziki sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook quinoa according to package instructions and let cool.
- Grill chicken until cooked through and slice.
- In a bowl, combine quinoa, chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and feta.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add tzatziki sauce on top before serving.
