  • 1 onion, grated

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (for sauce)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground chicken, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, pepper, parsley, and breadcrumbs.
  3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  6. In another bowl, combine yogurt, garlic, and lemon juice for the sauce.
  7. Serve meatballs hot with garlic yogurt sauce.
