- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 onion, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (for sauce)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, pepper, parsley, and breadcrumbs.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- In another bowl, combine yogurt, garlic, and lemon juice for the sauce.
- Serve meatballs hot with garlic yogurt sauce.

- Serve with pita bread or rice.
