- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 clove garlic, minced (for sauce)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste (for sauce)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, onion, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Mix well and shape into small meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook the meatballs until browned and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt for the sauce.
- Serve the chicken kofta with garlic yogurt sauce on the side.
