- 2 chicken leg quarters
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and thyme.
- Rub the mixture all over the chicken leg quarters.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket, skin side up.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
