- 10 chicken drumsticks
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Clean the chicken drumsticks and push the meat down to create a lollipop effect.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, ginger garlic paste, chili powder, paprika, salt, olive oil, honey, and lemon juice.
- Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Place the drumsticks on a baking tray.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until cooked through.
- Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
