Ingredients

- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, egg, ketchup, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Spread a little ketchup on top for glaze.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until cooked through.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to three days.
- This meatloaf can be frozen for up to three months.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or vegetables.
