Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. Season both sides of the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Add olive oil to the skillet.
  5. Place chicken thighs skin side down in the skillet.
  6. Cook for 7-10 minutes until skin is crispy and golden brown.
  7. Flip the chicken and cook for another 7-10 minutes until fully cooked.
  8. Remove from skillet and let rest for 5 minutes.
  9. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
