Description

A quick and easy chicken parmesan recipe made in the air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken filltes
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Coat each chicken breast with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Top each chicken breast with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
