A quick and easy chicken parmesan recipe made in the air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken filltes
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat each chicken breast with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Top each chicken breast with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the chicken.
- Use homemade or store-bought marinara sauce.
- Serve with pasta or a side salad.
