- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 2 tablespoons olive oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook patties for 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
