Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup pineapple, diced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

- 4 slices of bread
- 2 slices of cheese

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, diced pineapple, mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
- Place the cheese on two slices of bread.
- Spoon the chicken mixture over the cheese.
- Top with the remaining bread slices.
- Grill the sandwiches until the cheese melts.
- Cut in half and serve.
