Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1/2 cup diced potatoes
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add flour and stir until smooth.
- Gradually add chicken broth and milk, stirring constantly.
- Cook until thickened.
- Stir in chicken, peas, carrots, potatoes, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
- Remove from heat and let cool before using.
Notes
- You can use leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken.
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
- This filling can be made ahead of time and refrigerated.
