Ingredients

  • 1 cup white rice, uncooked
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup asparagus, cut into pieces
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cooked chicken, rice, chicken broth, asparagus, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove foil, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.
