A refreshing chicken salad packed with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup almonds, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, celery, grapes, and almonds.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and mix well.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
