Description
Crispy chicken schnitzel made easily in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Flatten the chicken breasts with a meat mallet.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Coat each piece in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally cover with breadcrumbs.
- Spray both sides of the coated chicken with cooking spray.
- Place chicken in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer.
- Adjust cooking time based on thickness of chicken.
- Serve with lemon wedges for added flavor.
