Description
Crispy and delicious chicken strips made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In one bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, place breadcrumbs.
- Coat each chicken strip with flour, dip in egg, and then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated strips in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.

- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of chicken strips.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
