Ingredients

- 2 chicken fillets
- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup broccoli florets
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel and dice sweet potatoes.
- In a bowl, mix sweet potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place sweet potatoes on a baking sheet.
- Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper.
- Place chicken on the baking sheet with sweet potatoes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked and sweet potatoes are tender.
- Steam broccoli while chicken and sweet potatoes are baking.
- Let everything cool, then portion into meal prep containers.
