- 1 lb chicken tenderloins
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each tenderloin in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place tenderloins on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the tenderloins.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
