Crispy chicken tenders made in the air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Coat each chicken tender in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the chicken tenders.
- For extra crunch, spray with cooking oil before air frying.
