- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken strip into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray the chicken tenders lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
- Check for doneness and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the chicken strips.
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in buttermilk for 30 minutes before breading.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
