Ingredients

- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken thighs in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix chicken broth, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken thighs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken before serving.

- Serve with rice or vegetables.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
