Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and oregano.
  3. Add chicken thighs to the skillet and brown on both sides.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. Add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes to the skillet; sauté for 2 minutes.
  6. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  7. Return chicken thighs to the skillet and cover.
  8. Cook for 25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
