Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and sliced
- 4 whole wheat wraps
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the chicken breast and slice it into strips.
- Prepare the cucumber tomato salad by mixing cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread tzatziki sauce on each wrap.
- Add the sliced chicken on top of the tzatziki.
- Add the cucumber tomato salad on top of the chicken.
- Roll the wraps tightly and cut in half.
Notes
- Use grilled chicken for a smoky flavor.
- Substitute Greek yogurt for a healthier tzatziki.
- Serve with extra tzatziki on the side.
