A fresh and flavorful wrap featuring chicken, tzatziki sauce, and a cucumber tomato salad.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and sliced
  • 4 whole wheat wraps
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken breast and slice it into strips.
  2. Prepare the cucumber tomato salad by mixing cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Spread tzatziki sauce on each wrap.
  4. Add the sliced chicken on top of the tzatziki.
  5. Add the cucumber tomato salad on top of the chicken.
  6. Roll the wraps tightly and cut in half.

Notes

  • Use grilled chicken for a smoky flavor.
  • Substitute Greek yogurt for a healthier tzatziki.
