Ingredients

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut Brussels sprouts in half and place them in a bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil, salt, and pepper over the sprouts.
- Add minced garlic and toss to combine.
- Spread Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chopped bacon before roasting.
- Substitute balsamic vinegar with lemon juice if desired.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
