Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut Brussels sprouts in half and place them in a bowl.
  3. Drizzle olive oil, salt, and pepper over the sprouts.
  4. Add minced garlic and toss to combine.
  5. Spread Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet.
  6. Roast for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
  8. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
