Ingredients

  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onions, carrots, and celery; sauté until soft.
  3. Stir in cooked chicken, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and mix in heavy cream.
  6. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
