- 8 ounces of pasta
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1 can (10 ounces) of Rotel tomatoes
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in Rotel tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in heavy cream and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta and cheese to the skillet. Stir until cheese melts and coats the pasta.
- Serve hot.
