Ingredients
- 🍗 Chicken Breasts: 2 large (about 500g)
- 🍞 Breadcrumbs: 1 cup (about 100g)
- 🧀 Parmesan Cheese: 1/2 cup, grated (about 50g)
- 🧄 Garlic Powder: 1 teaspoon
- 🌶️ Paprika: 1 teaspoon
- 🧂 Salt: 1 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
- 🧂 Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
- 🛢️ Olive Oil Spray: as needed
Instructions
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- Trim any excess fat or tendons from the chicken.
- In a shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for about 5 minutes.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil and place the breaded chicken breasts in a single layer.
- Spray the tops of the chicken breasts with olive oil and set the timer for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer; it should reach 75°C (165°F).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
