Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup of cooked rice or mashed potatoes for serving
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, ranch dressing mix, and chicken broth.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken and stir the gravy.
- Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.

- This dish can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
- For added flavor, add vegetables like carrots or peas.
