Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly.
  2. Pat them dry with a towel.
  3. Poke holes in each potato with a fork.
  4. Rub olive oil over each potato.
  5. Sprinkle salt and pepper on all sides.
  6. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket.
  7. Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook for 35-40 minutes.
  8. Check for doneness by inserting a fork; it should slide in easily.
  9. Remove the potatoes and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
