Easy Air Fryer Baked Potatoes are quick and simple to prepare using an air fryer. They come out fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside.
Ingredients

- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly.
- Pat them dry with a towel.
- Poke holes in each potato with a fork.
- Rub olive oil over each potato.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on all sides.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket.
- Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook for 35-40 minutes.
- Check for doneness by inserting a fork; it should slide in easily.
- Remove the potatoes and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time for larger or smaller potatoes.
- You can top with butter, sour cream, or chives if desired.
- Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
