- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cauliflower florets, olive oil, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss to coat the cauliflower evenly.
- Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once crispy, remove and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by using mild or extra hot buffalo sauce.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
