A quick and simple recipe for making cauliflower rice in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 head of cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Remove leaves and stem from the cauliflower.
- Cut the cauliflower into florets.
- Pulse the florets in a food processor until they resemble rice.
- In a bowl, combine cauliflower rice, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Add the mixture to the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Serve warm.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Reheat in the air fryer for best results.
