A quick and simple recipe for making cauliflower rice in an air fryer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Remove leaves and stem from the cauliflower.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets.
  3. Pulse the florets in a food processor until they resemble rice.
  4. In a bowl, combine cauliflower rice, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Add the mixture to the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  8. Serve warm.
