A quick and simple recipe for chicken quesadillas made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1/2 cup onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken, cheese, bell peppers, onions, olive oil, and taco seasoning.
- Place a tortilla in the air fryer basket.
- Add a portion of the chicken mixture on one half of the tortilla.
- Fold the tortilla over and press gently.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Slice and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust the filling ingredients to your taste.
- Serve with salsa or sour cream.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
