Ingredients

  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, chicken, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface.
  3. Place 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center of the wrapper.
  4. Fold in the sides and roll tightly.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Place the egg rolls in the basket, leaving space between them.
  7. Spray the tops of the egg rolls with cooking spray.
  8. Air fry at 380°F for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through.
  9. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute chicken with tofu for a vegetarian option.
  • Serve with dipping sauce for added flavor.
  • Leftover egg rolls can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
