- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, chicken, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface.
- Place 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center of the wrapper.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the egg rolls in the basket, leaving space between them.
- Spray the tops of the egg rolls with cooking spray.
- Air fry at 380°F for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken with tofu for a vegetarian option.
- Serve with dipping sauce for added flavor.
- Leftover egg rolls can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
