Easy Air Fryer Falafel Wraps are a quick and delicious meal option. They combine crispy falafel with fresh vegetables in a soft wrap.

- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 whole wheat wraps
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup tahini sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a food processor, combine chickpeas, parsley, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, black pepper, and flour. Blend until smooth.
- Form the mixture into small balls or patties.
- Place falafel in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray with olive oil.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
- Warm the wraps in a pan or microwave.
- Fill each wrap with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and falafel.
- Drizzle with tahini sauce and roll up the wraps.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Store leftover falafel in an airtight container in the fridge.
