A simple recipe for crispy fish fillets cooked in an air fryer.

- 4 fish fillets
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder and paprika.
- Dip each fillet in flour, then eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the breaded fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use any type of white fish fillets.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Cook in batches if necessary.
