Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Set up a breading station with three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder and paprika.
  4. Dip each fillet in flour, then eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Place the breaded fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Serve immediately.
