A simple recipe for stuffed peppers made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 4 bell peppers
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 360°F.
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix rice, black beans, corn, salsa, cheese, cumin, and chili powder.
  4. Stuff the mixture into the peppers.
  5. Place stuffed peppers in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 12-15 minutes until peppers are tender.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy.
