Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu, drained and pressed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the tofu into cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, and olive oil.
  4. Add the tofu cubes and toss to coat.
  5. Place the tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Remove and serve hot.
