- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Place chicken breast in the Instant Pot.
- Add black beans, corn, salsa, cumin, chili powder, and chicken broth.
- Seal the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 15 minutes.
- Once done, perform a quick release of the pressure.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and stir to mix.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides.
