Ingredients

- 4 chicken fillets
- 2 cups of mixed vegetables
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken fillets and coat them well with the mixture.
- Place chicken fillets in a baking dish and surround them with mixed vegetables.
- Pour chicken broth over the chicken and vegetables.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
- Allow to cool, then portion into freezer-safe containers.
- Label and date the containers before freezing.

- Use your favorite vegetables.
- Thaw overnight in the fridge before reheating.
- Can be stored for up to three months in the freezer.
