- 1 pound roast beef, sliced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix sliced roast beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Open the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit.
- Place a portion of beef and a sprinkle of cheese on each biscuit.
- Fold the biscuits over and seal the edges.
- Place the biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Heat beef broth in a small pot.
- Serve the biscuits warm with beef broth for dipping.
