Ingredients

  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge marinated chicken pieces in the flour mixture.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Place chicken in the basket in a single layer.
  7. Spray the top of the chicken with additional cooking spray.
  8. Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  9. Check for internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) before serving.
