- 2 slices of ciabatta bread

Instructions
- Prepare the fried chicken and let it cool slightly.
- Toast the ciabatta bread until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix the chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing.
- Place a piece of fried chicken on one slice of toasted bread.
- Add the dressed lettuce on top of the chicken.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the lettuce.
- Top with the second slice of bread.
- Cut the sandwich in half and serve.
