Ingredients
- 🍗 Chicken wings – 1.5 lbs (about 680 grams)
- 🛢️ Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
- 🧄 Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon
- 🧀 Grated Parmesan cheese – 1/2 cup (about 50 grams)
- 🧂 Salt – 1 teaspoon
- 🧂 Black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
- 🌿 Fresh parsley – 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned chicken wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once golden brown and crispy, remove the wings and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over them, tossing gently to coat.
