Ingredients

- 1 pound green beans
- 2 tablespoons gochujang
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Wash and trim the green beans.
- In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add green beans.
- Stir-fry green beans for 5 minutes.
- Add the gochujang mixture to the skillet.
- Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
- Serve warm as a side dish.
- Can be garnished with chopped green onions.
