Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons gochujang
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Wash and trim the green beans.
  2. In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add green beans.
  4. Stir-fry green beans for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the gochujang mixture to the skillet.
  6. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.

  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
