Ingredients

- 2 chicken fillets
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook orzo according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken fillets with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- Grill chicken on medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Let chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, garlic, cucumber, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper to make tzatziki.
- Assemble bowls with orzo, sliced chicken, and tzatziki on top.
