Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken fillet, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1/2 cup tzatziki dressing
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
- Add the mixed greens and gently toss the salad.
- Drizzle tzatziki dressing over the top.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
